I started my hairdressing career in Liverpool, England in the mid 60s. It was an exciting time for fashion and particularly so for hair. We have come a long way over the years, but hair is still one of the most important personal statements of style.
In 1989, my wife Lotte, armed with a background in marketing and design, and I, started manufacturing AG Hair Cosmetics literally from the basement of our home. We focused on producing high quality products with high quality ingredients, and because hairdressers know hair better than anyone, we made sure they tested all AG products before they were introduced into the market.
Today, hairdressers continue to test all new AG products, resulting in a brand that boasts one of the highest satisfaction rates in the industry, a brand that is creating style with substance.
